Licensing in Ontario
Since 2017, Ontario's Condominium Management Services Act requires every company providing condominium management services to hold a Condominium Management Provider Licence from the CMRAO (Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario). Individual managers must also hold a General or Limited licence.
