How this directory works
Start from the official registry
Every firm listed holds (or held) a provincial licence to manage condominiums or strata corporations. We list the licence number and status so you can verify it with the regulator directly.
Add verified reputation data
We match each licensed firm to its Google Business Profile using strict name-matching rules, and only show ratings backed by five or more reviews.
Compare before you commit
Browse by province or city, shortlist licensed firms, and check each one's status, contact details, and reviews before inviting proposals to your board.
Why licensing matters
Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta all require companies that manage condominium or strata corporations to be licensed — by the CMRAO (Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario), the BCFSA (BC Financial Services Authority), and RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta) respectively. Hiring an unlicensed manager can expose your corporation to unrecoverable losses and voids important consumer protections. This site only lists firms drawn directly from those registries.
